I have wanted to hear Laura Story live since the first time I heard the song Indescribable some years ago.  Most people that Chris Tomlin wrote that song but really it was Laura Story.  I’ve always loved her voice.  Tonight as part fo the outreach to those riding in RAGBRAI our local Christian radio station brought her in to do a live show.  There was nothing flashy or fancy about it.  No fancy lights no big stage.  She even met the band that was playing her songs with her an hour before the show.  We literally heard them play the songs together for the first time on the stage tonight.

I wasn’t disappointed at all.  She has an amazing voice.  She was very real and authentic.  I’m always amazed at the story of God’s people and how he moves them to where he wants them to be in life using the gifts he has given us for His greater glory.  Tonight it was really worth going and listening to Laura Story.  If you ever get the chance to hear her do it.  You won’t regret it.
